a) Contact Form and Appointment Requests

When you contact us via the contact form or online booking system, we collect:

– Treatment request and appointment preference

– Notes (optional)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Purpose: Processing your request, scheduling appointments and communication.

Retention period: Data is deleted after treatment completion and expiry of statutory retention periods (in Spain: 5 years for patient data under Ley 41/2002).

b) Server Log Files

When you visit our website, information is automatically stored in server log files:

– IP address (anonymised)

– Date and time of access

– Name and URL of the retrieved file

– Browser and operating system used

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security).

Retention period: 7 days.
